Sweat and Learn with The Phoenix Effect

Beth Bishop, the owner and head coach of The Phoenix Effect (TPE), is a enthusiastic supporter of the Thrive Tribe’s mission. TPE is a functional fitness training gym focusing on strength and conditioning that improves your form, agility, coordination, and speed.
Beth and coach Jefferson Hendrick will be teaching a free Tribe-only SWEAT & LEARN CLASS. Jefferson will teach a one-hour Burn class to be followed by Beth, who will discuss the 5 things you must do to have a successful fitness plan and reach your goals. The Burn class is suitable for all fitness levels as every exercise can be regressed or progressed. Space is limited to 30 people so sign-up through Eventbrite to reserve your space. The Facebook event will not reserve your space in class. Class will start promptly at 4:30 pm.
